What counts as an active tenant?

A tenant is active if they've been onboarded and have not checked out by the last day of the month. We take a month-end snapshot — there's no prorating, so a tenant who checked out before month-end simply doesn't count for that month.

What happens if I don't pay my invoice?

Every invoice has a 7-day grace period. If it's still unpaid 15 days after the invoice date, your account moves to read-only mode — you can view everything but can't onboard new tenants. After 30 days unpaid, the account is suspended until you contact us.

What is the ₹199 minimum for?

On very low-occupancy months, ₹20 per tenant can work out to just a few rupees. The ₹199 monthly minimum keeps billing sustainable — it only kicks in when your active tenant count is low enough that the per-tenant total would fall below it.

How does Fixed Prepaid save me money vs. paying monthly?

Fixed plans reward committing upfront with free months at the same ₹20/bed rate — 6 months gets you 1 month free, 12 months gets you 2 months free. For a steady, high-occupancy property this works out cheaper than paying monthly.

Can I add tenants mid-way through a Fixed plan?

Yes. New beds added during a Fixed period are billed at the standard Pay As You Go rate for the remaining months of the term — there's no retroactive repricing of your existing plan.

Do I get locked into a price forever?

The first 100 properties to sign up on Nohho are grandfathered at ₹20 per active tenant for as long as their account stays active — even after our price rises for new signups.

Is there a per-property charge?

Accepted Answer

No. You can add unlimited properties under one login. You only pay per active tenant, regardless of how many properties you manage.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Pay As You Go has no contract — cancel anytime. Fixed plans are prepaid for their term, but you're always free to switch to Pay As You Go once the term ends.
